John E. Swope is a nationally certified Physician Assistant from Lubbock, TX. He graduated summa cum laude from Lubbock Christian University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology as a pre-Physician Assistant student. He furthered his studies by attending Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where he obtained a Masters degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2017.
John began practicing in Dalhart, TX where he provided care in a number of unique ways. Including family medicine, occupational medicine and orthopedic medicine.
Being from Lubbock, John is excited to be back in West Texas to provide compassionate care to the surrounding region. He takes pride in learning the most recent advances in the field of orthopedics and is proud to work with a fantastic team of practitioners and supporting staff at Basin Orthopedics.
