Dr. Steven C. Riley is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. Dr. Riley graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor of arts in biology and a bachelor of engineering science. He then furthered his studies at UT, receiving a master of science in biomedical engineering as well as his medical degree. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas.
Dr. Riley’s areas of focus include tendon and ligamentous injuries to the knee, ankle, elbow, and shoulder. These injuries include anterior and posterior cruciate tears, meniscus injuries, rotator cuff tears, and biceps tendon injuries. In addition, he also performs acute fracture care, and manages osteoarthritis of the knee and shoulder with advanced treatments including partial knee replacement.
Dr. Riley is NAVIO certified for computer-assisted partial knee replacement. He has privileges at Odessa Regional Medical Center.
